Doctor Kruger's clinic, deep in the woods, receives state funding so that suicide is no longer a solitary tragedy but an assisted medical intervention. Each day, Doctor Kruger receives his rich patients, listens to them one by one, and examines with them the reasons that justify - or not - their decision. Before carrying out the suicide, each person sees his last wish fulfiled: a special lunch with gourmet food and fine wines, call girl... or any other fancy! But the "specialty" of the clinic soon fuels the anger of the local villagers. And everyone will learn that no-one, but no-one, is allowed to give Death orders.
