Venice Film Festival Selection

The official line-up for the 64th Venice International Film Festival has been unveiled. 22 films will be vying for the coveted Golden Lion, including two French productions.

The Palazzo del Cinema will be hosting the festival from August 29 through September 8.

Le Chaos by Youssef Chahine (majority French co-production with Egypt)

Nessuta Qualità agli eroi by Paolo Franchi (minority co-production with Italy)
Nightwatching by Peter Greenaway (minority co-production with the Netherlands and Great Britain)
