Unifrance warmly congratulates all the winners of the 83rd Venice Film Festival, which concluded on Saturday, September 12.
A fine haul of awards for French cinema, which took home two prestigious prizes at the close of the 83rd Venice Film Festival: the Best Screenplay Award for Stéphane Brizé, Coralie Amédéo, and Olivier Gorce for A Good Little Soldier, produced by Gaumont, and the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Young Actor for Malou Khebizi in A Place to Heal, directed by Cédric Kahn,and produced by Ad Vitam.
And, House of the Wind directed by Auguste Bernard Kouemo Yanghu, a majority-French film produced by La Mansarde Cinéma, and presented in the Orizzonti section, received the Luigi de Laurentiis Award for Debut Film.
