To coincide with the presentation of Cabeza Madre by Édouard Salier at COLCOA and Canneseries, UniFrance offers you the chance to (re)discover Salier's previous film, Habana.
Director Édouard Salier is back in the spotlight with Cabeza Madre, a digital series produced by Studio+, which is being screened exclusively at Canneseries prior to being shown to North American audiences at COLCOA. After attracting notice with his first film Habana, Salier has crossed directly from short films to series, highlighting the strong interest in these burgeoning new formats.
Habana tells the story of the daily life of young Lazaro in an imagined Cuba, that straddles the line between hyperrealism and fantasy. UniFrance offers you the opportunity to discover, or rediscover, this science fiction film that was selected at festivals around the world and won many awards.
You can watch Habana free of charge here until April 17.
