Synopsis
The Austrian court is run with an iron fist by Archduchess Sophie, the mother of the young emperor Franz-Joseph. After having entrusted a rather lively baroness with his sentimental education, Sophie decides to marry her son to the beautiful Helen of Bavaria, daughter of Max of the same name. However, Franz-Joseph is a lot more interested in Helen's younger sister, Elizabeth of Bavaria, known as Sissi. What happens is what should happen in every fairy tale...
