Synopsis
Géraldine, a young assistant director, is blocking a deserted road near Calais for a film shoot. There’s little traffic, except for Amar, a Syrian refugee. Burdened with her barrier and a walkie-talkie that won’t stop barking orders at her, Géraldine tries her best to carry out her task under the curious and amused gaze of Amar. This unexpected encounter briefly intertwines the fates of two lonely souls.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. A loudmouth, provocative, and seeking attention, Diane tries to stand apart from her mother and wishes, during a weekend, to live like an adult.
