Synopsis
Four years ago, Olivier fulfilled his dream: opening an organic pig farm in Brittany. But since then, a severe crisis has hit the organic farming sector, and he now risks losing everything.
How can it be that the only agricultural model that protects the environment and biodiversity is being abandoned—especially after the State had actively encouraged its development?
