Synopsis
Beneath the surface of the Pas-de-Calais region, geologists are exploring old abandoned coal mine galleries. Equipped with a 3D scanners, they are gradually digitising the walls of these galleries steeped in history in order to analyse the risks of ground movement at the surface. As the geologists go about their technical ritual, the memory of the Courrières mining disaster is being revived.
