Synopsis
This film tells the story of love at first sight between Georges Clemenceau, who had left political life three years earlier, and Marguerite, a publisher forty years his junior. Their love affair, during which they exchanged more than 700 letters, written with their hearts beating, did not end until Clemenceau's death, after four years of passion.
