Synopsis
A female coder is forced to participate in a brainstorming session with the group’s marketing manager to help him build a new recruitment campaign for female talent in their Tech company. Filled with clichés and preconceived ideas, the young man's comments are humorously challenged by his colleague, who will open his eyes to the fact that diversity is a solution, not a constraint.
