L'Affaire de la malle à Gouffé
Synopsis
On July 26, 1889, Gouffé, a high profile Parisian bailiff, disappears mysteriously outside his office. Inspector Soudais is in charge of the investigation. On August 13, In Lyon, a roadman discovers a corpse, which seems to defy identification. Near the body, a blood-stained trunk. This is the only clue the inspector has to work with.
