Synopsis
Thirty-two-year-old Emma is a family practitioner in the Courtillières projects in Pantin, on the outskirts of Paris. One day, Monsieur Dialo's health suddenly worsens. Although Emma is determined he should be hospitalized, Monsieur Dialo insists on staying home.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager.
