Synopsis
One morning, Nabil wakes up with an unusual hard-on, when he has planned to meet up with an attractive woman gardener. He must also deliver an unusual parcel to his son, but it gets stolen by a bunch of local thugs. Sometimes a man's blood pulses so loudly in his head that he no longer hears the sounds of the world around him, the voice of reason, or even the birds singing.
