Mademoiselle Paradis
Synopsis
1777. Mesmer returns to Vienna to restore his reputation and look according to his principles of animal magnetism. By looking after the young and blind Miss Paradis, only girl of the secretary to the empress and a virtuoso musician, he seizes the opportunity to demonstrate his talents and to make them be knowm in the court. But the start of the cure arouses passions and jealousies, activating strengths so hostile and irrational.
