Synopsis
A young woman discovers, in the house from which she inherited, a box containing the correspondence which she exchanged with her father while he was in Indochina. The memories return to her, she sees again her child, she sees again her father in the war, her mother overtaken by events, her piano teacher. The Letters of Saigon, it is this child of a dozen years, Claire, her correspondence with her father plunged in the heart of the War in Indochina. A child who tries to maintain the link between her parents, a tenuous, fragile link, limiting itself to letters, postcards, a child who thinks that to write can save a life.
