Synopsis
In the 1980s, Patrick Zachmann, a photographer at Magnum and film director, conducted a photography course for young people in Marseilles' northern neighborhoods. The participants were first-generation immigrants. Patrick encountered Hacène, Nadia, César, Cherif, Ali, Paul, and others. In 2007, he set out to find them again. More than twenty years have passed between the problem teenagers they were then and the adults they've now become. Each has followed a singular life path which are part of our collective history.
