Red Ants
Synopsis
In a small, remote town, nestled in the heart of the forest, Alex, a 16-year-old teenager, lives alone with her father. Since her mother's death, she has been going through this key period in her life without any maternal guidance for support.
In the belief that she is helping her father, Alex has given herself the mission of replacing her mother. But all this does is reawaken her father's chagrin, leading both of them into a relationship where the border between tenderness and desire is increasingly blurred.
Alex's unexpected encounter with Hector, a 22-year-old man kept in an infantile state by his overbearing aunt, leads the teenager to open her eyes to the relationship she maintains with her father. Together, Alex and Hector will try to free themselves from the weight of the past and attempt to at last live for themselves.
