Synopsis
This is the story of Vassili Ivanovitch, a Soviet cosmonaut who dreams of going to the moon. On October 17, 1968, after undergoing strenuous pyschological and physical training, Vassili boards the Soyez rocket. Maybe the Americans weren't the first to walk on the moon. The film recounts just how far Vassili is willing to go, and just where he's willing to arrive at to make his dream come true.
