Synopsis
Jean-Benoît, aged 17, begins his mechanic's apprenticeship. The film depicts his life in the garage where he works, his relationship with girlfriend Héléna and the difficulties he experiences with his mother. It shows his incapacity to learn and his difficulty at leaving his childhood behind. However, little by little, Jean-Benoît begins to grow up and create his own life.
