Synopsis
Mouss is a man who has mislaid his past. Lolli is waiting for her work papers and dreams of a less uncertain future. Malvina is the child who upsets the routine of this couple who are used to living on the fringes of society and being free to do as they please. “When the Wind Weaves Flowers” is about the ties that bind the three people together.
