Synopsis
To conclude an arranged marriage between two Indian families, a mother, under pressure of the head of the family and from the advice from her elder sister, trys a subterfuge to urge her son to marry the one that he does not love.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager.
