Synopsis
In the heart of Bueno Aires, at the Palermo racetrack, time seems to stand still. The old men pass their days at the special grandstand, living out their passion for horseracing. Carlos Gardel, who shares the same passion, has dedicated a number of his tangos to this unique place.
