The Outcasts
Synopsis
This is the story of Damien, a young garbage collector in his early thirties. As he is working in the garbage dump, Damien discovers a decaying dead body. Near the corpse lies a knife that belongs to him. Because of his surroundings, his dominant mother, a job and friends that humiliate him and because he is at a time of his life in which he is realizing that he does not mean anything to anyboday, Damien wants to prove something to the people that surround him, but above all to himself : he sets his mind on finding the "serial killer" who is operating in the garbage dump. While enquiring, Damien meets Julie, a young divorcee, who has just moved in the flat next to his. The more progress he makes in his inquiry, the more Damien wonders if the serial killer is looking for wouldn't happen to be himself.
