Synopsis
Being in love is sometimes a lifetime affair. Rémi and Valentina have been in love for 2000 years. For 2000 years they have been running into each other on earth, have wanted to let their love blossom, but have always been separated. Which is hard on the nerves. So this time, when they meet up and "she" is murdered, "he" resuscitates her, even at the cost of his own life. Clearly, they won't let themselves be separated yet again. But just try explaining that to a thick police captain and a priest unaccustomed to acknowledging this type of miracle. It might be a nightmare. . . Except that it's a comedy about love, humor and the supernatural.

About
"Fortunately, Bigard is bright! There where the least French-style cleverness would have seemed heavy-handed, his earthy verve and scathing humor turn what might have been a bauble into a gem of a directing debut. Bigard calls a spade a spade, and while pretending to flirt with a pretty corpse (Yvonne Scio), whom he revives with a kiss, he takes the opportunity to express certain truths about society's false modesties, which should arouse more than one spectator! Bigard leads a crazy dance, flanked by the amazing André Pousse as a mafioso archbishop who reeks of fraud and slang, by a delightful trio of wacky thugs (Dominique Thomas, Marina Tome and Paco Cabezas) by a corrupt cop (Luc Florian) and by a simpleton of a friend (Candide Sanchez)—all of whom will send you into seventh heaven!
