Synopsis
Paul Salomon has escaped from prison. He is armed and dangerous. Suzanne, the wardrobe mistress on a film, has been fired....
Paul finds a hideout at the seaside and awaits the boat which will come to pick him up at dawn. Suzanne misses her train and finds herself all alone in a café in this sleepy port.
That night, Paul and Suzanne will meet and have dinner together. They will tell each other their stories. Paul will confess to his gangster lifestyle while Suzanne will invent a film-heroine's life....
Through this web of truth and lies, they will finish up by living their most beautiful night of love...
