Synopsis
Quentin, in his wrinkled forties, is a wanderer. He has been travelling the roads of France with no illusions for the past seven yaear, since the death of Louise, the young woman he loved so deeply -"and even a little more". From paths to regions, from boarding houses to abandoned houses, form temporary jobs to unusual encounters, he goes throught life with irony and detachment. However, his armour cracks when he meets Marie and her daughter - it is the beginning of a passionate love story. Taking up with a long-forgotten feeling, Quentin feels ready to settle down again. Buth his demanding need for affection and Marie's hesitation between two men, lead to deadlock...
