Synopsis
She was 18. They were lovers and lived together for ten years. Twenty years later he receives a letter from her. L... is very sick. He grabs a camera, and films her, trying to talk to her about anything other than her illness, cinema, and through it what happened to their political battles, once their "raison d'être", and the comrades who had fought at their side. Through his hesitating and faltering images, and their conversation, a reportage on that epoch is penned. Moscow, Gaza, Berlin, Beograd, Sarajevo, Paris, Sarajevo. It is a way of focusing in, of staying with L..., of keeping her alive.
