Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF- Pimedate Ööde filmifestival) was established in 1997 and is a major event in Northern Europe.
This A-list festival scores nearly 88,400 admissions each year, featuring a program of over 500 films, including more than 100 world premieres.
PÖFF offers a variety of competitive and non-competitive program sections for feature films, as well as two sub-festivals: Just Film, the Youth and Children program and PÖFF Shorts, dedicated to short films and animation.
For professionals, Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event offers a wide range of workshops, meetings, conferences, work-in-progress sessions, and co-production opportunities for projects from the Baltics and Scandinavia. In previous editions,800 industry attendees have been accredited.
