Biography
Born in 1999 in Morocco, Salma El Moumni grew up in Tangier before coming to France to study. A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, she published her first novel, “Adieu Tanger”, in 2023, which was a finalist for the Prix Médicis and won the France Culture Student Novel Prize. Her second novel, “La vraie vie de Sawsan”, was published in 2026.
