Synopsis
The Way of Youth stars Sebastian Shaw as a young Britisher addicted to gambling. He spends a weekend in the casino operated by Irene Vanbraugh, grandmother of his fiancee Aileen Marson. Upon losing everything, Shaw is blackmailed by seedy casino manager Henry Victor. It is the heroine who straightens things out. Ample doses of sex and adultery fail to pep up what is essentially a plodding story. The Way of Youth is adapted from a play by Amy Kennedy Gould and Ralph Neal.
