Synopsis
Through a portrait of Alain Emery, who portrayed the boy in White Mane, directed by Albert Lamorisse in 1953, this film intends to pay homage to the Camargue region, to its winter light, its special rhythms, its men and women, guardians, bull breeders, and fishermen, who give this land its incredible, wild beauty. By returning to the places where White Mane was shot, this film sets out to find the force that courses through Lamorisse's film from beginning to end.
