Synopsis
Panic at the orphanage! Children there start falling mysteriously ill. Candy Boy, the most valiant of the orphans, leads the inquiry. Then the arrival of a new resident complicates our hero's investigations.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager.
