Paris, 2013. An isolation wall surrounds a high-rise ghetto. No law, no rules, no rights… Gangs reign supreme here, whoever doesn’t die straight away gets a moment of respite while waiting his turn.
Damien is a cop, a member of an elite squad. An officer of the special interventions unit and a martial arts expert, he’s an accomplished infiltrator and knows how to bring an operation to a successful conclusion by employing rapid, precise, and, when required, tough action.
This time, the government has given his most extreme task yet: a weapon of massive destruction has been stolen by the most powerful gang in the 13th District.
Entrusted with the mission of infiltrating the sector to defuse the bomb, Damien must form an alliance with Leito, whose sole aim is to save his sister who has fallen into the hands of the same gang. Added to which, Leito is the only person to know every nook and cranny of the 13th District.
But the story isn’t quite as simple as all that. Who is working for whom? Where are the people who are truly pulling the strings hiding? And above all, who will benefit from the bomb?
