In May this year, Tony Gatlif received the Best Direction award at Cannes for “Exiles,” holding promise for a fine career for this filmmaker’s fourteenth feature in international film festivals.
Prior to its upcoming release in Argentina, Australia, Spain, Mexico, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Brazil, “Exiles” is busy traveling the globe in this fall season. After its presentation at the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival, it will be screened at Beirut, Carthage and Cairo.
