The Artist took top honors at the 2012 Cesar Awards, picking up six prizes including Best Film, Best Director, and Best Actress.
The French Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma held its annual movie industry awards ceremony February 24, 2012, at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, honoring the finest achievements in 2011. The event was organized in collaboration with Canal+ and hosted by the actor-director Guillaume Canet.
