The Gerardmer International Fantasy Film Festival – Fantasy Arts has given top honors to two Franco-Belgian co-productions, "Trouble" by Harry Cleven and "Organik" by David Morlet.
The jury of this 12th Fantasy Film Festival, whose theme this year is "Etats d’âme" ("Moods"), has given its Grand Prize to "Trouble" by Harry Cleven, starring Natacha Regnier and Benoît Magimel. Produced by Laurent Brochand, the film will be released by TFM Distribution on March 9, 2005.
The feature film jury was headed by Barry Levinson and included Amira Casar, Laurent Boutnik, Eric Lysoe, Agnès Soralet, Marina de Van and Jonathan Zaccaï.
The Short Film Grand Prize was awarded to "Organik" by David Morlet, starring Arnaud Aldigé, Diane Dassigny and Benoît Allemane, which was produced by Eric Taviatan for Tarantula.
This jury was led by Alain Berberian, alongside co-members Aurore Auteuil, Stomy Bugsy, Grégoire Colin, Alexandra Kazan and Stéphane Metzger.
