During the 45th Uppsala International Short Film Festival, Unifrance presented a program featuring the four films that received prizes at the 2026 Unifrance Short Film Awards, accompagnied by all their directors.
The delegation consisted of the four filmmakers: Laurie Bisceglia (Room 206), Pauline Cancel (Sea Sun and Burn), Luis Letailleur (Breath, and Louis-Barthélemy Rousseau (Swapper), as well as Anne Berjon, the producer of Sea Sun and Burn (Mondina Films).
In addition, Margaux Dieudonné received travel assistance to present her film Across Fields, selected in the Children's Film Festival strand.
The screening of the four Unifrance Short Film Awards titles was followed by a Q&A session with the audience, and the French delegation then had the opportunity to speak with the 2026 alumni of the Swedish Talents program, organized by the festival.

Continuing its mission to showcase new talent in French cinema, this trip helped forge connections with international professionals in the short film industry: programmers, directors, and producers.
Last but not least, a new feature: the films selected for the 2026 Unifrance Short Film Awards are now available to professionals with an account on the Festivalscope Pro website via this link.
