On July 4, 2019, the Board of Directors of UniFrance elected Serge Toubiana for a second term as president of the association.
Serge Toubiana has been elected for a new two-year term as president of Unifrance by absolute majority by the members of the Board of Directors present. This is Toubiana's second term at the helm of the association.
UniFrance's Board of Directors is composed of 49 members: the president, 24 members from the association's four Commissions elected by the association's Councils (the Feature Film and Short Film Producers' Councils, the Artists' Council, and the Exporters' Council), 9 ex officio members, 12 statuary members, and 2 prominent industry figures appointed by the French Ministries of Culture and Foreign Affairs.
