Synopsis
In the XVIIth century a congregation of monks take in an abandoned baby which, after several attempts at tracing the parents, is raised by the monks. A few years later, the lord of the castle decides to assume the rearing of the child. He appropriates Marcellino who thenceforth receives a severe and spatan education. the child runs away. The monks hide him in an attic at the convent. There, alone, Marcellino starts talking to Jesus. And Jesus back...
