Synopsis
Jeanne Nogarède is a police officer in her native village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, located in a rural area. The case of "The Missing Woman of Compostelle" is the biggest regret of her life. On November 26, 2020, at 7:30 a.m., Emma Vivian, the daughter of one of her childhood friends, left her home to go to school. She was never seen again. Five years later, a new piece of evidence turns his understanding of the case upside down. Jeanne discovers that someone has posted a video online, reconstructed using artificial intelligence, of young Emma Vivian explaining what happened to her, facing the camera. However, her account contains a detail that could only have been known to her kidnapper... or her mother.
