Synopsis

Mathieu Polivennes, a young and brilliant business banker, is sent to Haute-Loire on an emergency mission to straighten out the call centers of Cecredico, a consumer credit firm and subsidiary of the bank that employs him. At only a few weeks out from the elections, the bankruptcy of the call center in deepest Auvergne would be seriously prejudicial to the electoral aspirations of Segondas, the bank's big boss.

Equipped with his Blackberries and top-of-the-line laptop, Mathieu expects the mission will be a breeze - after all, he's been to France's most elite business college... But, Mathieu Polivennes' sudden transfer to the world of "phoning," clients services, and outsourcing doesn't go as planned. Blinded by his convictions, unaware of the resources of the teleadvisor team, who are full of good intentions, he tries to apply the methods he's learned and that are totally inappropriate in this remote corner in the middle of France.

A countdown even begins before the relocation of the call centers... offshore!
But Mathieu cross paths with Kader, a resourceful telesales operator, who, along with his colleagues, has a few ideas about how to save their call center: creating a hotline for people with suicidal tendencies, new tactis to motivate the teams. What would be really fantastic would be to score an important contract.
