Synopsis
Paul Vidal is a country doctor in a small village. Married with children, he seems to have everything he needs to be happy. But he suffers from severe depression, which soon renders him unable to practise his profession. Hospitalised in a clinic, his family rallies round to help him rediscover his zest for life, but this is not without its conflicts and soul-searching, both within his family and with his patients.
