Synopsis
A 3,400-year-old royal city was discovered in Luxor in 2020. It reveals the astonishing remains of the era of Akhenaten, the renegade pharaoh. During his reign, he succeeded in revamping ancestral architecture and transforming Egyptian art. As supreme ruler, he wanted to give the pharaoh an even greater place in society. However, this mission would cost him dearly. Indeed, his successors gradually erased him from history. Today, leading experts are committed to bringing Akhenaten out of the shadows.
