Synopsis
A Belgian-Moroccan-Algerian family hits the road to Morocco in a beat-up Renault 21 Nevada, no AC, blazing summer heat, finally ready to open the doors of their long-awaited vacation home after years of renovation. Set against the backdrop of the 2018 World Cup, as France faces Belgium in the semi-finals, the family crosses borders, hurdles, and deep existential doubts about what holds them together. And when the burning question arises: where should each of them be buried? their answers couldn’t be further apart.
