Synopsis
In a +2 degree world, human fertility has fallen by 77 percent. To preserve the species, the state has set up the NPP (National Procreation Program), calling on all fertile citizens to procreate in exchange for a compensation of their choice. This is what brings Ellie and Raphaël together.
