Synopsis
Hadrien and Ulysse live in student housing in the heart of Paris, France. With a camcorder, they keep logs of their everyday life as struggling students. The due date for their final dissertation is approaching and they’ll have to leave their dorm: the clock is ticking. Between the buzz of construction work, academic pressure and the tense social climate, they’re on the verge of cracking. Fortunately, a friendly atmosphere prevails at the residence. We follow the two friends through the end of their adolescence, which echoes with lifeless french politics. Between a dream of something better and a daily malaise, Comrades is the portrait of a youth that resists.
