Synopsis
By observing the technological developments of artificial intelligence in several countries, this film highlights the advantages and limitations of algorithms and their impact on people's lives. Whether at the state, police, university, or company level, these artificial intelligences should be used as tools, but very often they become a substitute for the work of the individual. There are many abuses: manipulation, addictions, and centralization of power. What can governments and states do to best regulate the technological advances.
