Synopsis
Christmas 1916, on the Vosges frontline, a French soldier is sent to the front to investigate a strange object that has crashed down in no man's land. Near the crash site, he comes face to face with a German soldier. From the smoke emerges an imposing figure that turns out to be Santa Claus, injured during his fall. The soldiers decide to join forces to repair his sleigh and ensure that he makes his rounds on Christmas night. Once their mission is accomplished and Santa has left, the soldiers exchange a fraternal handshake before returning to their respective camps, recalled to their trenches by the sounds of war in the distance.
