Synopsis
One Thousand and One Attempts to Be an Ocean corresponds primarily to a rhythm, a hypnotic resonance that makes images burst out of their content to become energy and sensations. It is composed of micro-events from the so-called "satisfying" videos that abound on the internet. With no beginning or end, the abstract narrative unfolds through the mode of appropriation by referring to both trances and minimal music. To the point of dissipation, the images embody this desire for a bottomless wave, the expression of an artificial oceanic feeling mixed with the inexorable entropy of today's information societies.
