Synopsis
Laurence and Paul have just inherited a large and old isolated house, near La Soufrière. At the same moment, Laurence learns that she is pregnant. Good news all round, but joy is short-lived. A sense of discomfort takes over the family and then the couple. Day after day, Paul transforms into a cold and violent person. Anxiety or anger, could the tree at the bottom of the garden be the disruptive element?
